If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Complete the fields below and select “Confirm withdrawal”. Your request is sent to our dedicated returns team at support@allin1world.com, who will acknowledge it by email and reimburse all payments received within 14 days. Standard delivery is free on all orders.

Alternative: you may also email support@allin1world.com stating your order number and intention to withdraw.
Exceptions (Article 16 CRD): the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, sealed hygiene items once unsealed, or perishable goods.
