Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?
We ship to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for the UK, EU and USA, 5–12 business days for Canada, and 6–12 business days for Australia.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are sent by mail; we cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items, and there is no restocking fee.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments, plus Klarna where it is offered at checkout.
How do I find the right size?
Most clothing and footwear listings include a detailed size guide in the product description. Measurements are approximate, so allow 1–2 cm of variance.
