- Estimated delivery times are based on our supplier’s historical delivery data. Some orders fall outside the ranges shown. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary by destination and by circumstances outside our control.
- Processing takes 1–3 calendar days and is already included in every estimate above — it is not added on top. Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK local time.
- Orders are fulfilled through our China warehouse.
- Where a tracking number is provided for your order, it is emailed to you on dispatch. Some shipping methods are not trackable once the parcel reaches the destination country.
- Some shipping methods we use are sent on a delivery-duty-unpaid basis, which means any duties or taxes charged on arrival are payable by the recipient. Import duties, customs fees and taxes may be applied by local authorities in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable by local law.
